Yeah, but there's still things out there. I take PrEP, doxypep, and have had the vaccines for gonorrhea, hepatitis and monkey pox. I also get tested every 3 months. People takes their choices, but I'd wrather go bb thanks.

I'm also on PreP, take Doxy-PeP etc, but if a guy wants to use condoms that's not an issue for me. I only have the opportunity to meet rarely so don't want to rule guys out. Two guys I know can't take PreP due to kidney issues, but they're both very sexy men and when I (hopefully) next get the chance to meet either of them he'll wear a condom which is fine by me

PREP doesn’t protect against any STI, it’s to help prevent HIV.

Plenty of people I’ve chatted to have never been to a sexual health clinic and the majority of those have been married guys. They may fear that they will be found out if the clinic sends them the test results so they just bury their heads in the sand. All very worrying and concerning. 😰

HIV is mostly transmitted by unprotected anal sex and the bottom is the guy most at risk. HIV by oral sex is rare - very rare! You would need bleeding gums or cuts in the mouth to really be exposed. There's no cure for HIV - nor HPV - but other sti's are curable though gonorrhoea is getting increasingly resistant.

Hiv transmission through oral sex is not only rare.

It has not been medically proven at all.

That is not to say that it is not possible.

It's just never been documented.

Hiv is avoidable now through PrEP and is a managed disease like diabetes is.

If you’re not on PrEP use condoms for fucking, and get tested regularly regardless of whether you go bareback or not. It’s not just infections but infestations too. If you get pubic lice or scabies the clinic will sort you out with some lotion as well.

Yip educate yourself, gonorrhea vaccine is only around 40% effective and some studies suggest closer to 30% effective.
