Just looking for a few pointers on what’s allowed and what’s not and what etiquette there is, if any?

Love to go and dress there - have been before but not dressed.

You can either change in the changing room or go there dressed - you can walk around anywhere dressed, in the rooms you can undress to whatever level of "undress" you like, I prefer to remain dressed....if I am being fucked it is skirt up/panties down.

I have never had any problems there, the worst that happens is an occasional dirty look or a guy zips himslef up and walks out of a room when I walk in, you just them make a mental note not to bother that guy......and 99.99% of the time I wait for guys to make the first move, just to be on the safe side.

It really is a chilled and friendly place, if you can go on a Sunday afternoon you are pretty much guaranteed to have a good time.
