I am thinking of a day in Newcastle with a few hours in No 52

But I have just read a terrible review of it, saying the heating doesn't work, the steam room is always out of action, the staff are rude

Can this be true?

Don’t really use the steam room so can’t comment on that, but I can’t remember a visit when the staff ever seemed “rude” to me
