Its by cafe in carpark, and paths to lake and stepping stones. Be muddy at this time of year, and the woods over the bridge by boat house pub will be a quagmire. Better in summer dry ground and tree cover. Usually attracts Manchester trade, but due to otterspool becomimg a no go, it sees more visitors from Liverpool. Sundays evenings seem to be very active but can be hit and miss and crowd will vary.
