Can card / canna card are they really recognised by the police if your caught driving? Surely drug driving in any form should not be tolerated?

It allows discretion as indicates any cannabis in your possession is for medical use but driving under the influence is different and you would be arrested and charged as appropriate

Any impairment to driving ability such as using a mobile phone, alcohol or drug consumption should be prosecuted. Lives are at risk.
