The landlord has put the building up for auction but gatehouse has a 6year lease in place so if the new landlord tries to end their lease it would cost them a lot of money plus repaying them for all the work and improvements GH has done.

Might just be a warning shot to the haters - if they don't like the GH being there it could be turned into a HMO, and locals don't want that!
