First sauna visit?? Any tips

Blackburn

Got a free day Saturday... Looking at trying a sauna. I'm Blackburn based, been looking at Aqua sauna in Blackpool.

Any others I should look at.

Any tips for a newbie? Do I wear boxers under the towel? If I get nervous/feel worried, scared etc is they people to help?

Ideally looking to try some new things so hopefully this may help

Take a small brown bottle with you, even if you don't use it yourself.

If you see someone you like, say hello and after a brief introduction ask them if they would like a sniff.

If the do they'll be yours for the taking.

Definitely don't wear underwear. I've never seen anyone do that and, apart from anything else it'll be impractical in sweaty areas like the sauna cabin and wet areas like the steam room. Then there's the jacuzzi!

Go, chill, do everything at your own pace - which includes doing nothing if that's what you ultimately decide.

Best just take everything off under the towel, take a deep breath, have a slow walk around get to know where rooms and facilities are then relax and see what happens

Just be confident, wander around like a supermarket, everybody's there for one reason, sex (shopping), maybe people are there for different stuff, anal, bj, wank, oral (fruit, veg, eggs, milk). So no need to be nervous, all doing the same big shop, difference is you pay at the till on the way in, not way out!

Excellent analogy and yes, just stroll around and get a feel for the place and the people in it. Take time out to relax in the sauna / jacuzzi / coffee area if you feel the need.

I don’t wear the towel, i put it over my shoulder or carry it in my hand. As has been said previously everyone is there for some variation of the same thing so why bother hiding behind a towel. If you’re going to play then others will see you naked at that point, no need for mystery.
