I'm going on a trip to Liverpool in May for a conference I will be staying in a hotel at Albert Docks. Any gay bars nearby or saunas that _ocals recommend or anywhere to avoid. Also message me if you like what you see on my profile maybe we can organise a meet for when I'm up in Liverpool

No sauna's in Liverpool, the nearest is in New Brighton on the Wirral, you can get there by train, James St station is just over the road from the Albert dock, the gay bars are around victoria st dale st area, 5 mins walk from the Albert dock.

I am afraid I can tell you witch ones are best as I don't visit gay bars as such

Manchester is a godawful place. Completely soulless. You'll have a good time in Liverpool. The gay bars and clubs are generally for a crowd younger than me, so I can't really recommend any, but there are plenty. Have a great time.

I can't say about the gay bars in Liverpool or Manchester as I don't use them, but for a normal "straight" night out Liverpool is the best place in the UK bar none, the next two would be Newcastle or Glasgow, but Liverpool beats them, Manchester is not in the same league as Liverpool when it comes to a night out.

I go to Liverpool and Manchester. I prefer Manchester as I know where to go. The northern quarters great lots of bars around there. Liverpool is quite good but not been as much Seel Street and Fleet Street lots of bars really busy. If you only do scene places the Lisbon and masquerade in the Liverpool okay
