I know because I live near Lytham. There are signs along the front at Lytham and St Anne's making it clear you'll be arrested if you go naked in those dunes. "I heard there was one up at Barrow, on Walney Island. Took a drive up a couple of years ago and walked all the way round ... didnt find anything resembling such. There was a couple of areas where it felt quiet enough to do so, but wasn't entirely comfortable doing for fear of being rumbled by randoms. Im not arsed about being naked per se, but dont want unaware folk being subjected to it!!!" Fairly secluded and areas where you could, but better with a mate so you can alternate spotting | |||
