Would be interesting to see recommendations, moved here last year from the ass end of nowhere and might be nice to find somewhere local to go occasionally, instead of sitting at home, or having to get the bus in to Manchester

Unless you arrange a meet no where in stockport unfortunately you can get a train to manchester from stockport less than 10 minutes
