It is 4 minutes as the crow flies, which could be a much longer walk.

It could be 4 minutes down the road, or 25 minutes round to streets at the back of you.

If you live near a river they can be in the opposite side and the nearest bridge 5 miles away.

Or they could be in a car that was passing as the list refreshed itself, and now be 6 miles away

The only way you'd know is by asking them where they are.
