"I’ve been wondering this too. I’m off work for a bit and contemplating a first visit. " It is one that isn't often mentioned on here! My one experience seemed to suggest a number of old Boiler Room regulars go there now and it seemed a friendly relaxed place with helpful staff. Fairly decent steam room, small hot tub and reasonable sauna. Various rooms to have fun bigger than the cubicles Boiler Room had. Building is like a terrace house - it's on 3 floors with steep, narrow staircases. Does feel a bit old and worn but perfectly serviceable. When I went it was a mostly older crowd and not that busy, although not exactly dead either. The mix of guys seemed to be getting slightly more diverse as we were leaving. We were told busiest times are Wednesday (naked day) and Friday evening (themed events). | |||

"How busy is it on a Tuesday.? Also, the website doesn’t give the location..? In town and fancy a sauna trip" Its on Ratcliffe Gate, about 10 mins walk from the bus/rail station. You'll find it on Google maps. Ive only been twice, am told busiest is the Wednesday naked day and Friday night events but as with most saunas quite random. | |||

"I've been a few times and the numbers vary, as with any sauna. I went on a Saturday afternoon thinking it would be busy but it was extremely quiet. Midweek seems busier. Always friendly, always had fun. Just needs a complete refurbishment! " Yes, it did strike me as being rather well worn and a bit if decorating/refurbishment was overdue, however everything did seem to be maintained in good working order | |||
