I'm not a single dad, I have a mrs but she works away alot so I'm left looking after the lads. Due to this I don't get much alone time and feel like I'm getting more sexually pre-occupied as I get older. Don't seen to find the time, anyone else in the same situation?

Yes. Although my kids are older now, I am in a sexless marriage. Not her fault, she has chronic illness so has no interest.

I just meet when I can and have my fun.

I used to be a housekeeper and considered setting up a cleaning business with free executive relief to customers as I used to visit several older gentlemen or single dads. But sadly I moved.

Various issues can drive sexual preoccupation. Loneliness, the weight of responsibility, avoidance, stress etc

Talking to other men can help. There's mens support groups around which may be useful.
