From my experience, ridiculously hard, you get loads of interest, you do your best to keep people informed and ask for confirmation before it's due to happen.

Strangely people disappear offline, a few of the decent ones tell you they can't make it (the reasons are irrelevant, at least they told you)

You forward address etc and still then you suffer no-shows.

It wasn't always like this, but just now it's absolutely terrible.

That's why I laugh to myself when I see a married man create a thread on here for "group meetings for married men". Like: how on earth is he going to get attendants from the least reliable group of men?
