Club Zeus Sheffield, suggestions?

So imso looking forward to the new club Zeus in Sheffield.

This seems the perfect time to suggest "Improvements"..better now than moan later

So..innocent particular order

1 widen the door to one sling room so other guys can sneak around the side of the guy standing

2 pit some cord switched spots in this sling room so I can see what I'm doing

3. Make a group fun room..a low padded couch suitable height for spitroasting with walking space around it

4 keep the crucifix..I love being strapped in

5have a designated. TV time during no naked days..gives the girls some hope!

Any more suggestions

Please pass these on to the new owners in a polite fashion

Definitely agree TV's should be allowed to wear sexy lingerie but other stay naked .

It needs bigger play rooms some of those little rooms were hardly big enough to swing a cat around in.

Maybe some theme rooms?

The owners are on here and have posted on another thread so may well see the suggestions!

From what they have said upstairs they are basically ripping it all out and starting again, no more wooden cubicles! The exception being the newer of the two porn rooms that is being extended and the old VIP cabins that are being converted to normal private rooms.

They've also said the showers are moving downstairs, the steam room is being replaced and the lounge/bar is being reconfigured.

Lots of work, all sounds expensive. Hopefully this will happen as the layout upstairs is terrible. It was much better years ago when the play rooms were much bigger. Having said all this I do like the glory hole arrangement.

Sheffield has nothing to cater for these groups

Even if it was a quiet Tuesday afternoon or something it would get clientele in who otherwise may never attend

Great question.

First and foremost, just keen for it to open in whatever form and maybe on a restricted basis for repairs to be conducted and for it to be a worthwhile enterprise for the new owners. I guess the longer it is closed, the more 'damage' that might do to maintaining previous customer base.

But, it would be great to keep things like the earlybird discount and reduced evening prices. The cruise in the dark night they trialled pre-Covid would be good (no dresscode - street wear ok). Also bringing back and establishing some sort of gear night (rubber, leather etc) - much prefer these over the BB nights they are planning. Some sort of monthly night similar to the 'Obedient' one that used to run would be a lot of fun especially if they brought back the J-Lube wrestling on the mats. The main other thing we were promised when TBR took over, but never came was a gym in the basement, this might attract a new type of customer, with a relaxed dresscode and access to the showers as well.

For me the glory holes took up way too much space, with the corridor around them, maybe encorporate them around the place.

More places for group fun would be good!!!

I’m wondering where the showers will be? Where the old steam room was maybe? But to hear they are closing the new one!

Guess we’ll have to wait and see but all exciting developments and I’m sure the Zeus guys will do a great job!

Was previously the Boiler room sauna, at Atlas between Sheffield City Centre and Meadowhall.

Original Club Zeus gay sauna is in Mansfield, a short walk from the town centre, they've bought the closed down Boiler Room to create a Sheffield branch of Club Zeus.

How about a chalk board in the cafe ( like the one that used to be on the stairs) so a guy can write down what he is looking for..he could write down bottom/top ..his band number.. his description etc etc

Could save a lot of just lurking around hopefully

Board is a ok idea but I only go in the cafe to drop my towel off, it was ok at the top of the stairs not that many people used it. You can usually tell what most people are looking for.

not announced yet, i believe they've sorted licence and now starting on the refurbishment and renovations which sound significant! The target for opening thats been mentioned is late August. The website is already up and there's a link to a channel where they are posting updates.

Hi guys, thanks for all the comments and suggestions. We really do appreciate people taking the time to share ideas, and a few of the things mentioned are already in our plans.

That said, we do have to be realistic about what we can do before opening. We have a set budget, so our first priority is getting the essential work completed and making sure the venue is clean, safe, comfortable, and ready to welcome people properly.

We do have plans for the cellar in the future, but it won’t be opening as a gym. 😉

We’ll also be bringing some of our own ClubZeus events over, including kink-focused nights and other themed events, so there will definitely be variety as things develop.

TVs will of course be welcome at ClubZeus Sheffield. However, as mentioned in the other thread, we won’t be launching with a dedicated TV day at this stage. We tried this several times in Mansfield after being asked for it, but unfortunately it wasn’t supported enough to make it work. No offence is intended at all, but we also won’t be carrying over The Boiler Room format when we open.

Our aim is to build something fresh for Sheffield while still listening to what people would like to see. Some things will happen straight away, some will come later, and some may evolve as we see what works best for the venue and the people using it.

Thanks again for all the input. It genuinely helps us shape things as we move forward.

Some saunas do colour coded events. Tops, bottoms, vers, bb, etc all have different coloured wrist bands. Or you can wear several bands to indicate multiple categories…. Safe and Bttm for example. I can never understand why these are events rather than just in general use. I even think it could be an upsell for the sauna on entry….. “would you like to buy a wrist band?”

As a tv i am not that bothered about tv only events and just want to be able to turn up, dress as Tanya and if people are interested have sexy fun with men with me as femme.
