Hello. I am thinking of going to a sauna on Wednesday. It will either be Pipeworks or Steam and just wondering about etiquette as it will be my first time.

What do people wear when walking round, is shorts or underwear, worn? Naked? Just a towel?

Do I need to bring shower stuff for afterwards or is that provided?

Sorry these are probably basic questions.

When you pay to go in they give you a towel and locker key. Head to locker room, strip, put clothes in locker and wear towel around waist (unless its a naked event). The showers have shower gel dispensers.

You may wish to take footwear such as sliders or flip flops.

Do I need to bring shower stuff for afterwards or is that provided?
