"29.00 quid people won't use it simple as. " Actually £21 entrance. £9 yearly membership which is free if you go on a Monday or a Wednesday. I've been three time now and being bottom have been well taken care of each time. It's still a work in progress, the top floor outdoor area is now open and there's a swing being erected in one of the darkrooms. Pipeworks already beats other area Saunas and will get better over time. The train station is a five minute walk away and and there's a huge multistory car park right next door.  | |||

"I went twice last week….3 hours or so Thursday evening, just to have a gander and then a longer visit on Sunday afternoon. Location is easy to find, Parking is non existent, but easy to get to by Train. Facilities are top of the range - so much nicer than the smelly flea ridden offer @ Armley. Spa, Sauna & Steam Rooms are excelllent, Staff can’t do enough for you and plenty of them too - continuous cleaning going on both days , as opposed to no cleaning at all @ Armley. Showers actually hot & working..Porn is good quality & new - not 1980s throwbacks. Platform Glory Holes very popular. . Best thing is the number of blokes in there, wide age variation from young Twinks to OAPs - something for everyone. £29 includes your years membership of £9, so after that it’s only £21 per visit ….which equates to the price of decent London Saunas. ….& there are discounts some days - details on the Facebook page. Bar Prices are what you’d pay in most Pubs. Some great event nights - I experienced Dark Night on Sunday, which was a laugh - especially in the Glory Holes ….& the Wednesday night deal is inclusive of a drink & little brown bottle. Northwich is a fantastic sauna, but the people of Leeds and West Yorkshire deserve a high quality sauna and Pipeworks is providing that.

"... no parking will deter some people" There is a large multi-story NCP car park 25 meters away on Albion Street, and several other multi-story's within a five minute walk, as is the train station. Leeds city centre is not short of car parks. | |||

"Called in today for the free membership. I'm impressed. There's still workmen kicking about here and there so there's obviously more to do. The stuff that's finished is finished well. Staff are great. It wasn't busy (probly why it's free membership day) but there were a few in. Yes there's shit loads of private cabins but them i wland the spa are the important bits. Give it time. I only had an hour spare but you could easy spend a day there, spa,bar, food, smoke on the roof, cruise your little heart out. Easiest sauna to get to in the area it just needs the customers. Use it or lose it guys" I would not go into there if you payed me 1000 pounds dread to think of the sites | |||

Price wise yeah it's not cheap but local options aren't much cheaper: Steam becomes pandora at a certain time o clock, so unless you want 2x memberships or only go 12till2 that's out. I won't cos my sister goes pandora Old steam was good. Very gay, very kink. Plastic ivy is good but tiny. Get 10 blokes in and it feels rammed. If u like that fair play. None easy to get to if u don't drive. Seen people banging on about northwich.yes it's cheaper,yes it's big,yes it's got parking. It's well established and well attended.if I'm going like for like and fancy a road trip I'll go ... Think it was called greenhouse off junction 10 M6. Their pool was huge. And had a cave" Greenhouse in Darlaston. One of the best, if not the best, saunas in the UK! | |||

And had a cave" It also has a membership system in place now. I think it used to be the best. I agree with the pool there it's a great facility. The only thing for me is they made it a lot smaller by cutting off parts of the venue and it's not that friendly. A bit cliquey I found when I tried a couple of times. A little grimey too. | |||
