"What is the best pill for ED I have tried viagra did not fully get me hard any recommendations guys " It is trial and error I'm afraid. And that includes the strength of tablet. Others have observed that 'K' is not licensed in the UK. I used to get it brought in - green tablets - from India. They were fab You would think that all tablets would be the same given they all contain the active ingredient Sildenafil. Apparently not. There's a white round tablet - would be wrong to name the brand - which do diddly squat for me. Yet two other brands do the business and my preference is now marked on my records. Go to a UK licensed website and read about the different types of ED and potential side effects (dry mouth, dizziness, heartburn etc). There is also Tadalafil which is the generic name for Cialis. Others swear by that one. Big **BUT** (and I don't mean my ass  ), you cannot - I repeat CANNOT - take Cialis and Sidenafil on the same day. Cialis reportedly works for three days and I've seen tell of people taking Cialis one day and Sidenafil the next as a top up.
Oh..........and seek medical help if your erection goes for more than five hours.
One other thing I will point out.... you don't swallow these things and your pubic friend is rising up (not to mention they take an hour to take effect). You need stimulation whether it is someone of interest or your strong hand. This backfired on me quite spectacularly. Had taken a Cialis "to give it a go", had a massage booked for next day with a happy ending so "plotting" was to take Sidenafil one hour that next day before the massage to be ready for his 'helping hand'. Didn't work out that way. Standing in checkout day-of-taking Cialis and a guy who came up next to me in soup aisle. He wasn't my type BUT he had this lovely very smelly leather jacket on. One of my things. INSTANT BONER
