Wonder how anyone else has got on after having this done. Had it recently and still have the desire but not the ability so to speak. As a result looking to bottom. Interested in others experiences?

Had that done 3 years ago and lucky because only lost one erectile nerve. Can still get hard and if I use viagra I get extremely hard and horny. Can’t produce cum unfortunately which has reduced the intensity of an orgasm. Otherwise I’m still very active in that region thank goodness.

Just had mine totally removed recently also. Like you not much happening down below but there was no nerve damage during surgery. Through time and sildenafil it will hopefully return to some normality. Looking into other ways to enjoy more sustained orgasms like women have.

Only annoying thing is the incontinence which hopefully will become less frequent by carrying out exercises.

Hope you are recovering well

Had mine done year past may.

Can use pump and constriction rings to give you half hour of “hardness”

Also can get cream which you put down your pee pipe, gives you reasonable stiffy for a bit. Not guaranteed to work though.

But things are stirring a bit now on their own if you play with yourself.

If the medication I'm currently on does not reduce the size of the prostate, I will be getting that procedure, although I've had 3 specialist appointments cancelled on me already, so it's a waiting game.

Meantime, my age, weight and the prostate issue means that erections are unpredictable, despite taking the usual remedies.

Had mine done last January. Can't get hard without the pump supplied by NHS. Want to meet someone locally who is in the same boat

Had mine out in 2020 start of COVID,fucked it up from the start was rushed back into theatre around midnight to stuff in the intestine that spewed out the insertion they made. Was told by the surgeon they had spared some of the nerves and erections should not be a problem. I was on daily dose of Viagra for a year. To date the amount of erections I've had since then is........0. and that's after trying all the ed pills available.Ishoykd have went to Germany and had treatment there but alas COVID fucked that up as well

Ask for a prescription for invicorp 25 injections for erections. Check out prostate cancer UK website. The online forum/community is excellent.
