The Windmills Cumbernauld

Stopped off at Hulks Rd yesterday afternoon, hooked up with a chap but there were a few cars driving up and down so he suggested we go down to the windmills... Told me to turn left at the end of the road, then first right over the A73 and drive down that road. Saw one tall turbine down there but the guy disappeared. Was I given the runaround or is there somewhere along that road that is frequented that I missed out on?

Think you were given the runaround unfortunately. There is only one wind turbine and it is exactly where you describe.
