Probably another myth. There was supposed to be one in Kilwinning opening until the authoties got wind of it and blocked it.

These places all need planning, licencing and trading stanards consent and all are difficult to get.

No licensed but you can take your own.

Facilities include lounge area for drinks, changing rooms with towels, flip flops, condoms, bottled water free. 2 private rooms, play rooms and porn cinema. Was told a sauna will be added soon. I'll go back another time. Very discreet location and entrance.

A discreet location from the outside that has a security patrol car in the area, CCTV outside and security inside. We are a safe real location unlike some houses or car meets.

Opening times:

Monday 11.00 - 18.00

Saturday 11.00 - 18.00

Sunday 18.00 - Midnight

We have several play rooms including beds, sex swings and glory holes along with a relaxing lounge to unwind.

Our mission is to provide a safe and inclusive space for you to meet each other from Fab Guys and socialise without the fear of violence or judgment.

We serve soft drinks and snacks. We do not have a bar license so please bring your own alcohol if needed.

It's definitely open and a nice clean place. Parking is easy and safe. Just needs time to build. Staff are friendly, maybe just lacks a steam room or sauna, but it's a big investment at the start. Needs support from everyone to make this work, it's only 40 minutes drive from Glasgow. So let's get behind this venture and support these guys who are giving this a good go! Enjoy and support or it will go like others. It's definitely a safe place to go and enjoy.

That's going to be it's issue, if it's just guys who drive down from Glasgow, why wouldn't they just go to Pipeworks (where the same guys will be) that has more facilities and doesn't involve a forty minute drive

If it is designed to be a 'Swingers Club' that is enough to put many gay guys, like me, off completely! On here it has been referred to as a 'Gay' venue. The two are totally different. Need to define and stick to one target market.

Seems to be a gay only venue. It deserves to succeed, the biggest hindrance to meeting is having nowhere to go. Now there is somewhere, it would be good if we could pick a day and all interested turn up. No pressure to do anything but it would show support for the venue. If it is successful then we never have to worry about where to go.

We are excited to finally be able to comment on the forums after our venue was featured in local clickbait papers with fake headlines.

We want to clarify that we are a men only venue catering to gay, bi, trans, and CD individuals, and we are not breaking any laws.

Police Scotland will only be involved if there is violence, drugs, or alcohol on the premises. We do not sell alcohol, so no premises license is needed. We do not offer sex entertainment or prostitution and do not allow general public access.

The warehouses we use have B6 classification due to other companies sharing the buildings. CJs and Afterdark, similar venues, have also made the papers but have been operating for years.

Furthermore, the B6 rating of the warehouses cannot be changed as we only borrow the building for club meets and do not own the other companies within the premises. This ensures that everything is legal and above board, and we remain committed to providing a safe and inclusive space for all members of the community.

In the forum, some members have mentioned the possibility of evening meets. However, we have noticed that our club has been open many nights during the week with very low attendance, while daytime hours have consistently attracted more visitors. As a committee-run volunteer club, we do not take a salary.

The £15 entry fee helps cover our operational costs and ensures that we can continue to provide a safe and discreet environment for our community, without any personal financial gains for ourselves. Our main goal in creating this club was to establish a supportive space for all individuals, and we are dedicated to sustaining it with integrity and transparency.

We are proud to support the gay community and look forward to continuing to provide a safe and welcoming space for all individuals.

We won’t comment further and will allow this to be an impartial space for views and opinions - we hope you all have a great day!

I think the website is peculiar.

They say they are owned by the Phoenix group and Viper Club - neither exist.

"We collaborate with Grindr and other online platforms to support the creation of a secure and inclusive environment for gay individuals to connect with one another." - why would Grindr collaborate with a club?

They say they have clubs across the UK and the EU - overseen by a committee. What clubs?

They have icons on a page including Police Scotland, The Willows - a forensic examination facility for raape victims, a member of the Wellbeing Economy Alliance, they're not listed as a member. Why?

Seemingly they have huge amounts of lost property.

All this seems peculiar, I wouldn't be giving over my personal details that they require for a private members club which doesn't seem quite legitimate

Get a life, everyone can make up their own mind what they want to do, being "Columbo" gets you nowhere. It seems you just want to blow off smoke and entice others to listen to your rants. It's clear you have a personal grievance with this venue, despite not being through the doors.

Starting up a new venue is always going to be difficult.

However there is a similar setup in Edinburgh Sitehill.

An industrial unit used as a swingers club. Its popular and successfull.

Out of the way of the general public so its discreet. Not upsetting a residential area. As it opens after most businesses are closed there are no parking issues.

Ill certainly be giving it a try.

My only issue being opening times. Daytime is out. After work in the evenings are when Im free.

Will take time for people to know about it. And the other problem is that it needs other people to make it fun.

Would you rather take a chance on a new place and get nothing or go to pipeworks and know it will be busy.

Best to arrange something on here for a day and time for load of folks to go.
