I only have smart phone...so don't have Internet in house is that why I cant cam as site supporter has expired?

Go into the desktop version when signing in you will see the chat tab on the top

I renewed as site supporter but now I am stuck in the desktop version and won't let me switch to mobile version...what's going on...I have never used desktop version as its a hassle on a smart phone..
