ALWAYS drink plenty of water when taking any of these things. Avoid alcohol as well. That should ease the headache and the hunger. Its like getting the munchies when you have a hangover.

Prefer tadalafil (cialis). Don’t get headaches as I did with viagra. You can get at various online pharmacies, Boots or perhaps just ask your GP

Online pharmacies should ask what other medication you are on and take a limited medical history.

They all only work if you are aroused. So if you’ve had enough once you’ve shot one load a tablet wont make you hard again.

I get 8 with prescription every 2 months,1 fuck a week they reckon,limited success with them and all the others,I get them as had my prostate removed 5 years ago. Wished I could find something that works for me. Any ideas anyone

Yes, it's fantastic.

Try 10mg (break tablets in too).

Yes, can get hard for 36 hours or more and yes, headaches too although I was told that's because taking more than usual.

Cut to 10mg, you are half the cost, and may cure most of headaches.
