I’m a really inexperienced guy who’s so self conscious about my body I’ve never actually been with a guy as I’d want to take it slow. Most times I chicken out of meeting anyone. Does anyone have any advice?

From what I can see of your body it looks ok to me, most guys on here are just ordinary people and are looking for cock not a life partner so I wouldn’t worry

I'd agree with cheshireguy, just meet up, even if it's just social. I've met a couple of guys from here, although never more than just a chat (yet). There's no need to stress, just have wee natter, and if more happens, let it if that's what you want.

You look great for meet up , I doubted at first but social meets are the starter , then if OK move on. You can always say no .

If you are seriously having issues with body , then identify what these. Join a gym and work out. Keep fit, or if opposite loose weight

If for some reason you're striving for perfection you'll end up wasting your life as it doesn't exist.

Essentially this is a sex site so most looking for cock not the 'perfect ' body

Well said.

Also there is someone for everyone. What you might hate about your body will either not register with someone else or even turn them on.

But can sympathise a bit with the OP. I've lost 7 stone over the last 18 months. I don't see or feel the changes but others do. And when I found out that the guys with what we think are perfect bodies also have body hang ups and the really fit looking guys probably have more body issues than you have and that's why they are always working out etc.

You have your body, you will never look like someone else just make the best of what you have.

And as for confidence just fake it. That's what most people do.

We're not in this world to impress anyone, apart from ourselves

The big boys at the gym have serious body dysmorphia . Muscles are never big enough for them. They suffer depression as they define themselves exclusively on body shape

I consider myself fit and confident but I couldn't be less interested in others opinion of me

Sometimes reeducating your mindset is more important than just looking in the mirror

I'd recommend trying naturism. Nudists come in a variety of shapes and sizes. can help with body confidence as naturists are non-judgemental and it gives you the opportunity to see what other real men look like.

It's a real pity that we seem to have moved away from the acceptance of communal nudity in locker-rooms. I think it helped people to see other normal men be comfortable in their bodies and not have a distorted ideal of what we should look like via media, film and porn.

If you are a chubby hairy guy that likes older guys, you'd probably be popular on a bears day.
