I only started taking cock a couple of years ago. The problem I have is with douching. I've tried the small bulb, the enema kit and currently I'm using the 150ml syringe. I always make sure I stop douching once the water looks clear, but on a few occasions, perhaps 2 or 3 hours later, there seems to be a pocket of air trapped in my anus and water and waste comes away if I fail to clench my anus and get to the toilet.

Maybe I'm forcing the water up too fast, or should I give myself a proper enema before engaging in anal sex?

I'd appreciate your constructive comments guys.

Yes, this has happened to me, so now, after douching I put a dildo in, and this will usually flush out any residue.

I had a similar issue, I found that doing some similar bending and twisting exercises in the shower took care of it.

There is so much conflicting advice on the internet. I use a 150ml syringe, am I forcing the water in too quickly? Is 150ml enough or too much for each flush?

I use a shower attachment, once running clear I'll use a dildo to tease excess water out, but whilst showering afterwards I'll use the douche attachment disconnected from the shower to drain anything else. Seems to work fine, no embarrassing leakage afterwards

Luckily I was near a pub and had to try and clean up and ditch the underwear in a bin. Could have had a embarrassing moment had a meet gone ahead. Any advice on how to prevent this would be appreciated

Would you believe that's exactly what happened to me yesterday and that is why I posted on here. I had a meet, but he couldn't penetrate. About an hour or so later I was in the city centre and a little liquid escaped. Like you, I found a pub, managed to get to the toilet and as soon as I sat down on the seat - well, let's just it was messy. Luckily I had my holdall with me and I carry wet wipes. I managed to clean myself up (and the toilet seat).

I know that this may be too explicit, but the embarrassment that this could have caused, either during the meet or in a busy street has me really worried that I won't be relaxed or confident enough to attempt anal sex again.

I find it better to not got to deep with a shower attachment as your loosening stool that is further up your colon and it’s this that comes lose later and causes problems

In my experience, 150ml of water is too much, been there had the experience of a watery mess, 50ml max for me now. Too much water and it goes up into your colon, picture it as a sort of ubend up inside your butt, water lies in there until it is pushed out a bit later or if having sex that brings it down during. You are only looking to clean out imediately inside your butt, and keep standing upright, dont lye down etc, so 50ml max , even less possibly, 4 or 5 times works for me. To be double sure immediately after going to the loo pop 2 immodium and then clean out with small amounts of water.

I douche in the shower with the shower head and douche attachment, I usually spend a good 10-15 minutes douching every few minutes. I then squat down in the shower and just wait for a few minutes, then do another douche. This seems to keep me clear

I think the advice now is to not regularly douche.

I've found paper, time, diet and maybe a toy before play to generally be sufficient.

Though messes can be unpleasant if you haven't prepped enough.

Your advice worked, plus the advice from someone else to use a dildo. Got fucked today at Pipeworks and it felt good. Thanks
