To blur or not to blur

I blur my face in all my photos. It's out of a concern of having them downloaded and plastered all over the Internet. I think I still definitely look like (male) me in my photos, even when overly made up. I'd love to make some of my non blurred photos public, but privacy concerns put me off. Anyone have thoughts on this?
