Yes I do them regularly.. find it a lovely experience.. other runners and volunteers are always friendly and supportive..no judgment about times or pace …just a group of people having a run on a Saturday morning..good luck x

Yes, I usually travel around the country to see different routes. Excellent to get fit and meet friendly people. All types of runners or walkers catered for.
