A trip to one of the naturist beaches would be a good start. Ardeer, Aberlady or Tentsmuir. Nothing beats getting naked outdoors.

The law states that simple public nudity in pursuit of a lawful activity is not illegal. The UK National College of Policing in April 2016 (or 2018) suggested that suitable activities maybe at home, in your garden, walking in forests / hills, at beaches and swimming. The caveats are, no sexual activity, you must not have mental issues, you must not intend to cause fear and alarm. Overriding that is, let commonsense prevail. It may be legal but choose your place well so as not to upset people
