It's a half-hour trek from the car park to the dunes at the far end of the beach where guys strip off.

Even if it's a sunny day, wind chill needs to be taken into account. The North Sea is not the nudist's friend!

Any warm sunny afternoon. So long as it isn't windy, it can be quite pleasant when the temperature is over 16 degrees. The little sheltered hollows in the dunes act like a sun trap.

Just to note. This is not an official nudist beach. I have seen wardens going along, telling guys to cover up. But I have had naked swims there too.

However some take the piss and fool around in view of the main beach, where there are often women and kids, hence the wardens. The few selfish ones who always spoil things for the rest!
