Am I right in thinking this is for NHS Glasgow patients only, for regular testing?

I’m NHS Lanarkshire, hence my question.

Pipeworks is 1:30 - 3:30 every Wednesday & you don't need to pay to get in if you're just there for testing. It's a drop in, 1st cum 1st served. No waiting weeks for an appointment
