Whenever I am buying a gift for a friend that dresses I always buy online from UK Tights. Very reasonably priced, huge selection and ultra discrete fast delivery. If memory serves it appears as something discrete like UKT trading on your bank statement

I've bought from online tights shops but I mostly get from eBay these days, it seems easy to find all kinds of things. I mostly wear fishnets though so quality isn't as much of a problem; I'd definitely wear Snags if I wore them daily.
