You can keep a plug inside yourself for as long as you want. If its comfy, keep it in. If you're looking to stretch yourself, steadily increase the size of the plug and the length of time you keep it in. I have a metal one with a jewelled top which I love. However, the jewelled yop starts to become uncomfortable after a few hours, so I end up removing it. If that wasn't the case, I think I could wear the plug all day long.

Best advice I can share is use a metal plug with silicon lube. Doesnt dry out and plug falls out with a splash of water at the end of day.

I wear mine most days from 8am til around 5pm.

A decent sized t bar top is more comfortable than round, and won’t let it slip in , I can wear my Lovense 8-12 hours ( probably longer ) without any issues, and wind can pass if it needs too
