It may simply be too small, best trying with stretchy silicone or leather snap fit ones initially to get used to fitting one...

Other than that, start soft, pop a bollock through, then another, then try to squish soft cock through any space.

Then get hard.

As above. Silicon or adjustable are best until you get used to wearing one. Getting the right size is vital, too small will do more harm than good

Recommend method is one balk, then the other, then sift cock pushed through. I find that cock shaft and one ball, then ball two works better.

I agree with that method and I'm using steel rings. Silicon rings just don't keep everything in place for me
