OK just discovered that every episode of Taggart is on the STV player, there is a brief description of the episode, too brief, that's where I hope Taggart fans can help me out.

I watched a three parter in 1987 or 88, which featured two young guys, one was a Bueatiful blond twink in his early twenties, and his friend who was the same age, long brown hair, he fancied the blond guy, but he was straight, and a psychopath. Both were at university and the blond guys parents lived in Perth.

I don't want to trawl through loads of episodes not to mention adverts before they start to find this, so can anyone come up with the name of this three parter?

I was twenty or twenty one when I watched it, and really fancied the blond guy....and the one with long brown hair.

Fun fact. Mark McManus’s parents fostered Brian Connolly who became the lead singer of The Sweet. Both he and McManus believed that they had the same father.
