It’s changed a lot, I remember a lot like the mall not being there, all those ship buildings blocking the Clyde view from the police station way up to where Tesco is in port, Goliath crane and the now old blue Clyde port cranes

The Sticks

I remember going in round the docks seeing the weather ships and the derelict steamers like the Duchess of Hamilton. I remember the mass of humanity swarming out of the yards when the hooter went, the plate lifters that looked like something from space 1999.

No mall, no cruise ships, Morton had a decent team and my friends were local and not scattered to the four corners of the world
