I struggle with douching, it seems to take hours and still nor clear. What am I doing wrong?

Perhaps you are going too deep, if you go too deep you will be filled with water. Use a small douche with bulb, and squeeze that out. Small amounts just to clean out the rectum. You do not have to clean out deeply unless you are into deep fisting, in which case it will take a while!!

It can be a proper pain in the ….

Sometimes it seems easy to achieve.

Others a nightmare.

Quantity of water is a good point. If you push too much in. It will go too far. And when that comes out…… it is not pleasant.

Try and eat plenty of fibre before. Drink lots of water. And then some trial and error will show you the best tactic for you.

I had asked for advice on this subject recently and I got some very helpful advice.

Basically, watch what you're eating the day before (if this is a planned meeting), plenty of fibre. Try to get to the toilet in the morning, pass some stools.

And the really important point that a lot of guys have mentioned - don't use so much water. Small amounts, I have a syringe and I use 50ml, that's enough. Two or three applications, make sure to space them out, you may be pushing some leftover water further up if you add another 50ml too soon.
