Anyone remember this nonsense from years ago?

The repeal of section 28 was something I campaigned for in my teens. Back then [in my opinion], Pride had a cause, it was a protest against social injustice, and the hangover of the 80s/90s TORIES… Despite not being a Labour supporter, I’m proud of wee [Princess] Wendy Alexander, and Patrick Harvie (as a member of Scrap the Secrion) for their work to get this repealed.

I miss the boycott of Stagecoach due to their Keep the Clause campaign, and I often have a good laugh when I see Stagecoach at Pride events given their owner’s homophobic history.

I remember the Daily Record being voraciously homophobic they had a horrible old columnist called Tom Brown who wore a bow tie on his byline pic who was particularly nasty, also Cardinal Bigmouth, Winning was a particular Hate Preacher and bigot at the time.
