I have had both Cialis (Tadalafil) and Viagra (Sildenafil).

Viagra lasts about 4 hours and works very well but it can give you a headache.

Cialis lasts much longer, at least a day, maybe two and I find works just as well but without the headache.

My original prescription was for viagra but I recently had it changed to cialis, 5mg daily. This works better for me and I can get an erection anytime.

You are always best to speak to your GP. I did a few years ago and am glad I did.
