Only done it once and it was a woman's hand. She used increasingly bigger butt plugs on me until I could take her hand. A man's hand would be bigger!

Training, lube and patience. Have you got some wide toys that you can take easily already? I find syringing lube in helps a lot.

The last advice was spot on. If possible try to find someone with small hands like me. Who is experienced and knows what he is doing.

There is never enough line when fisting/being fisted both of you must be patient. It won’t always happen first time, don’t let that put you off. Once you do manage to take a fist you are hooked” it’s so intimate and gives you the most intense feeling. Fisting isn’t for everyone so if it’s not a good experience after a couple of tries it may not be for you. But good luck on your journey from a fellow Scot.

Lube, lube and more lube. Trust in the guy fisting you, loads of time and a wee brown bottle all play a part but once you get a fist right in you will love it
