I see someone ? Has started to cut the bushes down hard.

A disgruntled dug walker I assume rightly or wrongly as all the cut branches are lying there. Council would have lifted them I’d guess.

There’s been a clean up, probably had to cut the branches to pick up all the litter/baby wipes/condoms/lube that is just thrown away 🙄

Hopefully the bushes will be effectively pruned and will come back bushier in the spring
