Weights can be expensive but try a magnetic one first, rather than the screw in kind.

Moisturise your scrotum too, needs to be nice and soft for fitting and stretching.

Your not alone although I suspect my testicles are much smaller.

I have been on TRT testosterone replacement for 7 years and as your own testicles stop producing they shrink.
