Get a small but plug set and move up slowly one by one. Lots of lube. Silk lube the best I have used .

To loosen using a butt plug, start small, lots of lube, breath in pushin in slowly, breath out out pull out, more lube do slowly until it’s in, do once a day between 3 and 10 minutes.

Move up to next size for a week, your partner should fit, if not use large size. Just have patience.

If no butt plugs use fingers
