I got Sildenafil (it's basically generic Viagra) online through medexpress. Simple consultation/questionaire, pretty cheap, arrived in a couple of days. Didn't 'need' the stuff, but was interested to know if it would enhance my erection, which it certainly did (see my Feb 12 pic!). I get 16 - 20mg Tadalafil tablets every month on repeat prescription im also on TRT testosterone replacement which is also free of cost to myself

I get sildenafil (Viagra) prescribed from my GP. Then 4 for the cost of a prescription. The trouble with it is, you have to take it 30 mins before you want to have sex, which is OK except the spontineity is not there. I do find though, that it lasts way beyond the 4 hours its supposed to. Ive had sex the morning after taking a tablet and it still works fine. I did try Cialis (Tadalafil) which lasts over a few days. However, that let me down on one occasion so I decided not to take it any more. I might go back to that and try that.

Depends on why you need them, I get 75 mg per day on free prescription for pulmonary hypertension, but ygey still have the desired effect elsewhere
