Looking at a profile today I found a photo dated 2013. Everyone changes over time, surely anything more than a couple of years old is no guide to what the person looks like now. I don't expect guys to post new pics every day but something less than 3 years is reasonable

Age doesn’t matter but a photo needs to be at minimum 12 months old, it’s difficult to get face photos as it is, at least be honest

What amazes me is that there are some well kent faces I know of old -especially after an initial chat and I realise "oh, it's YOU" - who seem to have ended up younger than me, despite being older
