Hey

Looking for advice

New to getting fucked. Previously hated it as hadn’t tried lube lol

What’s advice for douching or cleaning as I’m paranoid about in not being clean and that now puts me off.

Any advice appreciated

There are times when you just know you can’t be fucked so to speak and just go with that.

But buy a douche. i have a relatively simple one. it cost me £8 from Q store in Edinburgh. Basicly it’s a combination of a bulb and a but plug. I fill it with warm water.

steps for me are

have a dump

clean with wet wipes

put dough up and squeeze a bit of water up

remove douche

squeeze water out

repeat until it runs clear.

Then have a shower as i’ve found dirty water sometimes runs down my leg.

Also I have a fairly good diet. I make a conscious effort to eat a lot of fibre so i’m relatively clean. The fiber is for general health reasons. but has the added bonus of keeping me clean for sex.

have a look online ate douches and enemas, ebays a good source.

look for a few articles on method.

practice before trying anal sex using a small anal use designed dildo.

diet wise as suggested, plenty of fibre, avoid fatty foods so nae chippys and maybe a wee fast from from the night before if you are planning on anal.
