Only saunas I know of in Scotland are: Steamworks in Edinburgh; Pipeworks in Glasgow; Bacchus in Dundee. Wish there were more

The Newcastle sauna is good - been there with my b/f and we had a lot of fun. Don’t know about Carlisle.
