Unless you are inviting back teenagers or men in drag I don't see the problem, if the men are in their thirties or above, your neighbours are likely to just assume they are friends or relatives of yours.

I have neighbours with ccctv too, but unless it's an 18 or 19 year old coming to my house, I'm not worried, and even when it is, it's far more likely neighbours will assume it's a nephew or something.
