I use this stuff called X Lube. Comes powdered and you mix it with water yourself. Means you can make high volume if you need, and really choose how thick or runny you like it. Lasts a long time and I dont think ill ever go back!

Add a bit of kitchen safe Titanium Dioxide powder, and it goes am opaque white. So...... if the lube is slightly warm, thick, and white, makes a pretty decent cumlube substitute
