Glasgow

I know it's been asked before but what the best ones for group meets? I know most of the major chains require key cards to access lifts/rooms. Which is no good for what I have planned. I want to be able to post my room number, leave the door open and have guys come and go freely.

I also don't want to be paying £100+ for one night, a big ask in today's climate I know

Any suggestions/recommendations are appreciated x

When I've asked before Leonardo seems to be the easiest, no pass key needed for lifts. X

North Lanarkshire

Motel one does not require a card to access lifts. Raddidon blu and Marriot on Argyle Street were fine last time I stayed there too. Also Point A was easy access as is Z hotel near queen street station. Some over at Hydro are the same, Crowne Plaza and Hilton Garden Inn but might be more expensive.

Grand central doesn’t need a key but probably pretty pricey!

Motherwell

Motel one doesn’t need a card for lifts but last time I was there the doors had security on at 9pm and everyone coming in was checked.

Prestwick

Teachers apartments have codes only for the doors and no reception.
