Large bulb douche or attachment to your shower head if nearby toilet.

Rinse a couple of times till it runs clear.

Eat well and stay hydrated.

Plastic syringe with a thin hose. Lukewarm water, no more than 60ml of water in the syringe at a time. Don't fill the syringe. Douche 3 or 4 times, or more until you pass clear water.
